After you order we call or send an SMS to confirm. Your parcel is packed the same day and handed to our courier partner. You get a tracking code by SMS, and you can also check it on the Track order page.
Pay the delivery person when the parcel arrives. Please open and check the products first.
If you are not at home, the courier will call you to arrange another time. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us.
